Quick Bio of the Instructors

Sam & Rachel are co-leading this retreat at La Joya! They are neighbors in the Outer Sunset area of San Francisco, California. They both teach at a studio in the neighborhood and are deeply immersed in this special beachside community within the city of SF! Their styles of teaching yoga are similar - they're focused on experiencing joy, movement to great music, intelligent sequencing and above all self acceptance and compassion. They are thrilled to be offering their Joy of the Sea Yoga Retreat in Sayulita this year!
